Welcome to the home of the MMObsters - A premier AoC guild
IMPORTANT: WE WILL BE ON THE SERVER:DAGOTH MAKE SURE YOU JOIN "DAGOTH"
Come chat with us in our 50 person Ventrilo server:
IP Address:8.7.224.195
Port: 3802
We are a PvE Guild that plans to focus on cameraderie and especially constructing and maintaining our own battle keep, as well as acquiring others.
We will heavily incorporate elements of both PvP and RP, notably siege battles and crafting.
We are accepting and encouraging new applicants, and Officer positions are available to those who join before launch!
We are taking all time zones, all races, all classes. We do not discriminate, we work together! Just join our forum and post your response to our application questionnaire!
Our core consists of a group of honors students who devote their free time to MMOs.
We are looking to be respected on our server, and we want you to be a part of our success!

Two weeks until L-DAY of AoC, everyone make sure to preorder if you haven't already, please do remember that you can get the Rhino mount (like a tank, except better), which automatically gives you a jumpstart.
Keep in mind that those who preorder and join the guild before L-day will automatically move to the rank of Lieutenant
That said, here is our primary Guild Covenant:
1) In a small guild, YOU make a difference. Since we will be incorporating RP, crafting, and especially siege battles, each member will be valued and respected for his skills.
2) In large guilds, you get lost in the crowd. You end up playing for the name of the guild, rather than to enjoy the game yourself. You end up as a nameless part of an organization, rather than a key player in a close-knit family.
3) In a small guild like ours, your achievements are notices and rewarded. It is relatively simple to get a staff position through generosity and comraderie. We will use a military ranking system, where you will rank up based on your contributions. In other words, your efforts are noticed and respected!
4) Since we will make decisions via democracy, your voice will count! In large guilds, you are either a very small part of the decision-making process, or you are left out entirely!
5) Small guilds allow you to make close friends and get to know people's personalities. Large guilds are beurocratic and hard to navigate.
6) As a member of a small guild like The MMObsters, you'll say something like, "Yea! We just finished our guild city. I was the guild woodcutter, and my skills and time were key to the success of the group, and I'm getting the respect I deserve."
7) In a large guild, you are just a pawn, a nobody who says "Well, we just captured our 47th city last night. As member #473, I provided 0.03% of the gross product that the clan used to achieve greatness. Go me."
8) That being said, we plan to expand to a mid-sized guild, to incorporate the best of both worlds. We will stop open recruiting somewhere around 50 members.
